Is there really no commission?
None. You pay the monthly plan and nothing per booking. Guests pay you directly through your own Razorpay or UPI; we never hold the money.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
Pick Silver, Gold or Platinum and use it fully for 7 days without a card. On day 7 you add a payment method to continue. If you don't, you keep full access for 7 more days, then the account goes read-only for 7 days so guests already booked can still be served, and it is suspended on day 21. Your data stays exportable for 90 days.
Is WhatsApp really on Silver?
Yes. Connect your own WhatsApp Business number in Settings → Integrations — the dashboard walks you through each step in Meta, or our team does it with setup. Silver includes 200 automated messages a month (confirmations, reminders, review requests), Gold 1,000 and Platinum 3,000. Extra messages are ₹249 per 1,000 + GST.
Do I have to pay for setup?
No. The setup wizard is free on every plan and most owners finish in an afternoon. If you would rather send us your photos and rates on WhatsApp and have a setup specialist build it, that is ₹2,999 + GST once (book setup), and it is included with Platinum.
How is GST charged on my subscription?
Plan prices exclude 18% GST, which is added on the invoice: ₹588.82, ₹1,768.82 and ₹4,718.82 a month for Silver, Gold and Platinum. Yearly billing is 10 months for 12. A GST tax invoice is emailed for every charge.
Can I change or cancel my plan myself?
Yes, everything is self-service from Plan & billing, no phone call needed. Upgrades apply immediately with a prorated charge. Add-ons switch on at once and are billed with your next charge; downgrades and switching an add-on off take effect on your next billing date. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then the account is read-only for 7 days and your data stays exportable for 90 days.
Who owns my data, and can I leave?
You do. Export bookings, guests, invoices and payments at any time. Backups can go to your own cloud storage. Cancel any time from Plan & billing.
