One calendar for every channel
Every plan includes iCal sync with Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and Agoda. Give each OTA your room's export link, paste their links into OdaBookings, and a night booked anywhere is closed everywhere — double bookings are flagged. Platinum adds a two-way channel manager with a rate-parity check.
Price by the room or the whole villa

Guests looked after on WhatsApp
On your own WhatsApp Business number: the booking confirmation, payment received, a balance reminder, check-in instructions and a thank-you with your Google review link. Replies come into a shared inbox your staff can answer. Silver includes 200 messages a month.
Check-in without the register book
- An online check-in link before arrival: guests fill in their ID details at home.
- ID scanning into the guest register, with Form C tracking for foreign guests.

Run it from your phone
The dashboard works like a phone app, with today's arrivals, bookings and the calendar a tap away, and the day's summary on WhatsApp each night. Staff logins have only the screens their role needs. GST invoices — or bills without GST when you are not registered — are made for every booking, with GSTR-1 and Tally exports for your accountant (see GST on hotel rooms).
Questions homestay owners ask
Do I need GST registration to use OdaBookings?
No. If you are not registered, OdaBookings charges no GST and gives the guest a bill marked "not registered under GST". When you register, add your GSTIN and it issues tax invoices at the right rate for each night.
Will it replace Airbnb and Booking.com?
It works alongside them. The calendar stays in sync, and every guest who books on your own site pays no OTA commission.
Can I move my existing bookings?
Yes, free. Upload a spreadsheet, check the preview, and undo the import in one click if something is wrong.
What does it cost?
