Price it the way farm stays actually sell

Every package carries its own rules, and the booking page quotes the exact total, with GST, before the guest pays.

• Per-person packages with an adult rate and child age bands (a lower rate for 5–11 years, free below 5, or the bands you set).
• Day outings with their timings and a daily guest limit, sold alongside overnight stays.
• Whole villa or cottage pricing with a base price for a set number of guests and a charge for each extra guest.
• Group rates that step down as the group grows.
• Add-ons such as pick-up from the station or a barbecue, priced per person or per stay.
• Seasons, weekend and festival rates, minimum stays and stop-sell dates on the rate calendar (Gold and Platinum).

Inclusions and meal times on the booking and on the bill

List what each package includes — welcome drink on arrival, meals, swimming, the bonfire, breakfast the next day — what is extra, and a note for each. Guests see them before they book and again on their My stay page, with your meal times and house rules. The same list is printed on the invoice, so nobody argues at check-out about what was included.

Get paid before guests arrive

• Guests pay through your own Razorpay account by UPI, card or netbanking. The money never passes through OdaBookings.
• Take the whole amount or an advance you choose (10–90 %), then send a balance link. The invoice carries a QR code to pay the balance.
• Cash and UPI taken at the desk are recorded against the booking, with a receipt for every payment.
• Refunds and cancellation charges follow the cancellation policy you set for each package.

WhatsApp does the follow-up

Connect your own WhatsApp Business number and OdaBookings sends the booking confirmation, payment received, a balance reminder with the pay link, check-in instructions and a thank-you with your review link. Guests' replies land in a shared inbox. Silver includes 200 messages a month, Gold 1,000 and Platinum 3,000.

A front desk without paperwork

• Scan an Aadhaar card or passport into the guest register (the passport's machine-readable zone is checked), with Form C tracking for foreign guests.
• Send an online check-in link before arrival, or let guests check in on a reception tablet.
• Allocate cottages and rooms on a board, then run check-in, check-out, housekeeping and laundry.
• Add the Restaurant & KOT add-on for kitchen tickets, room dining on the bill and a QR menu.
• Close each day with a checklist, and get the summary on WhatsApp.

GST bills like the one you hand out today

Every booking gets a tax invoice (or a bill of supply when you are not registered for GST) on your letterhead: guest and booking details, check-in and check-out times, the package inclusions, quantity and rate for each line, CGST and SGST at the right rate for each night, every payment received, and your signature and stamp. Every plan includes iCal calendar sync with Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and Agoda, so a night sold there is closed on your own booking page. Platinum adds a two-way channel manager through your channel-manager partner.
